Mehdi Karrubi has been attacked in Ashrafi Esfahani St. by plain-clothes officers. His bodyguards and others around him have also been beaten by batons and color bullets, while his car windows have been broken. Over a phone conversation a moment ago, Hossein Karrubi stated that his father has left in another person’s car but that the windows of this car have been shattered as well. Based on Hossein Karrubi’s account, his father is back home and is unable to participate in the march. Karrubi himself has not been hurt during this incident.
